Southwark College Celebrates Neurodiversity

Students at Southwark College have spent today learning about neurodiversity.

Everyone was invited to discuss what they think the college could do more of to support those with neurodiversity, as well as looking at what great qualities neurodivergent individuals have, and trying to name neurodiverse celebrities.

Students then had a go at trying different tools used by some of our neurodiverse students including fidget spinners and stress balls. Students also participated in a host of games such as Jenga, Connect Four and Uno.

Everyone who attended was offered a neurodiversity badge to wear on their lanyard.
