Newcastle Sixth Form College Students Complete DofE Expeditions

Across three days of each expedition, students navigated their routes through varied terrain and unpredictable weather conditions. With maps and compasses in hand, they demonstrated impressive planning and navigation skills.

Each night, the groups camped under the stars, cooking their own meals on Trangia stoves. These experiences not only tested their outdoor survival skills, but also gave them the chance to refine their culinary abilities in the great outdoors.
