Today, our Health and Social Care students attended Chorley Hospital, which is part of the Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Career Event 🚑
This was the perfect event for our students to attend seminars on bereavement and the donation team, as well as a talk on pathology. Students also attended a moving and handing demonstration and a basic life support demonstration. There were a variety of professionals who our students spoke to throughout the event including orthoptic, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech and language therapist, midwives and many more.
