What a great day it has been for our Hospitality and Catering students at Fulwood Barracks! 😀
Students were split into 4 groups: 2 groups were given ration packs and 2 groups were given fresh ingredients, in which they had to create 3 dishes with no recipes, guidance or even scales, all while cooking in a tent!
As part of Employability Week, our students received a careers talk about life in the military, the catering opportunities available to them, plus a demonstration of field cooking with improvised equipment.
