Our Sports student have had an amazing time at St George's Park, the home of England football team! 😃⚽
They spent the full day at the facility and took part in a session on the pitch, where they worked on fitness testing in the form of speed, agility, and quickness. In the afternoon, students planned their own fitness tests in the gym and based the session on their own strengths. To end the day, they enjoyed hydrotherapy and researched hot and cold contrast methods for athlete recovery.
