Persimmon Academy Bricklaying Apprentice Tom Hall says he's thriving in the professional environment at Newcastle College.
He said: "I think the biggest benefit is the environment itself. You’re treated more like an adult, which helps you mature within yourself. And it's about learning every single day, whether I'm in the workshop, the classroom, or even our specific learning spaces. That hands-on learning is preparing me for the career I've always wanted to do."
