How incredible are our
#MediaMakeUp students?!
They supported the North East Inter-college Policing competition last week by creating these "injuries" on our
#PerformingArts students so that they could act out some scenarios for
#policing students from colleges across the North East. (Scroll through for a zoomed in pic of their creations)
The students from Newcastle College, Hartlepool College of Further Education and Redcar & Cleveland College were judged by officers from Northumbria Police who commented on the high caliber of all the students, and how impressed they were with the standards.
Newcastle College's HE Uniformed Public Services Lead, Aaron Dippie said: "These competitions are so important for preparing our students with the skills and behaviours they need to match the knowledge they learn in the classroom. I'd like to say a huge thank you to Northumbria Police, and to the amazing Hair and Beauty and Performing Arts students for their support."
