Our Level 3 Electrical learners recently took part in a three-day employability programme delivered by @mulalleyandco, giving them valuable insight into the construction industry.
The programme included workshops on sustainability and careers in construction, a site visit, and CV and interview preparation sessions delivered with Regen Solutions. Learners also had the opportunity to meet industry professionals and explore progression routes into apprenticeships.
Partnerships like these help ensure our learners develop the skills, confidence and connections needed for their future careers.
