Lewisham College’s Brockley Restaurant recently welcomed its first lunch booking, providing an exciting opportunity for learners to showcase their front-of-house service and culinary skills.
From preparing dishes to delivering excellent customer service, learners demonstrated the vocational skills and professionalism they have developed through their training, working to the standards expected within the hospitality industry.
