Happy International Women’s Day.
This year marks 115 years of International Women’s Day and celebrates the theme Give to Gain, highlighting the importance of supporting and uplifting others.
At Lewisham College, learners and staff will be marking the occasion throughout the week through a range of activities including:
• International Women’s Day displays across the college foyers
• Opportunities to make a pledge in support of women and girls
• A Women’s Only Day featuring crafts, creative activities and games
These activities provide opportunities for learners to reflect, celebrate achievements and support one another across the college community.
