An insightful and collaborative roundtable at Lewisham College, bringing together senior leaders from further education and the construction industry.
Hosted in partnership with the Association of Colleges and the Construction Leadership Council, the discussion focused on the role of CSCS cards and their impact on FE learners progressing into employment. Key themes included the learnerjourney through the CSCS process, barriers to progression and whether the current system effectively meets the needs of both learners and employers.
Alongside the discussion, guests were given a tour of our new facilities and dedicated testing centre, providing a valuable opportunity to see how we are supporting learners to develop industry-ready skills.
