Yesterday at Carlisle College we were delighted to welcome Katie and Sophie from pladis Global , who delivered an engaging and insightful session on the importance of recruitment and selection.
The session focused on preparing our Level 2 Business students for their upcoming employer job interviews in a couple of weeks’ time. Students gained valuable advice on interview techniques, employer expectations, and how to present themselves professionally.
To make the session even sweeter, our visitors kindly brought along some delicious treats from the biscuit factory - which went down very well with everyone! 🍪
