Our Hospitality and Catering students have had a very busy week this week...
On Monday they visited Miller Farming. This was a fantastic day out for the students to visit a working family run farm that are succeeding through diversification and implementing permaculture.
On Tuesday they hosted another brilliant Budding Chefs Night with a mouth-watering tasting menu.
On Wednesday, they participated in an army ration pack challenge
On Thursday, Mark from BBC Look North was in the class, filming and chatting to students about how they feel about job opportunities in Cumbria. Make sure you tune in to see the students on Look North on 3rd May!
