Thank you to our Public Service students who volunteered at the Great Cumbrian Run on Sunday. They students ran the Water station based at mile 11, on the half marathon in Rickerby Park.
The group met in the park at 7.45am on Sunday to set up and organise the water station themselves, and despite some rain and cold, the group were cheerful and supportive to runners taking part.
Many runners thanked them for volunteering their time; it was a great event to be involved with!
