Today is National Supported Internship Day! Supported internships help 16-24 year-olds with disabilities, under an EHCP, transition into employment by providing real workplace experience and tailored coaching.

As person-centred programmes, they match interns' skills with potential jobs post-internship, with the support of job coaches. These coaches also assist employers in creating inclusive work environments. A heartfelt thanks to all participating employers and dedicated College job coaches for empowering our interns through invaluable work exposure and life skills training.
