Spotlight on Ash Batey, Newcastle Sixth Form College alumnus and 3D game developer
Having always had a passion for gaming and game design, Ash was accepted onto an internship at Ubisoft in 2020, but he was unable to start due to Covid restrictions. Determined not to give up, Ash funded his own development and undertook a 140-hour online game design course, which he completed throughout lockdown.
